Senior Financial Accountant — IFRS Specialist & Leader

The Works Stores Ltd seeks a Senior Financial Accountant to join the Financial Reporting team at our Coleshill head office. You will deliver high-quality financial reporting, lead complex accounting areas (IFRS 16/9, IAS 36) and support robust financial controls across the business.

You will own key month-end processes, coordinate with external auditors, and guide other team members. This role requires independence, accuracy, and strong technical accounting knowledge.
