NatWest Group is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to shape research strategy and guide experience design from discovery through delivery. You will lead user research for mid-size and increasingly complex projects, ensuring inclusive, user-centred designs aligned with business goals.

You’ll blend research and design, coach teams, and work across disciplines. You’ll spend some time working from home but will also be in the Edinburgh office at least two days a week as part of a hybrid working model.
