IC Resources is seeking a Device Modelling & PDK Engineer to support RF semiconductor characterisation, compact device modelling and the development of PDKs for MMIC design in the UK. The role combines hands-on RF and DC measurements, device physics, model development and collaboration with RF design teams.
We welcome graduates to PhD researchers with strong RF fundamentals and an interest in semiconductor device modelling.
