Responsibilities

• Running your own caseload of private client matters
• Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
• Handling probate and estate administration
• Advising on and administertrusts
• Working directly with clients, often supporting them through important or difficult moments

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ PQE
• Solid private client experience, ideally across wills, probate and trusts
