Civil Engineering Technical Lead – National Programmes

National Highways is seeking a Technical Lead to join the National Programmes Team. You will help coordinate, monitor, support and report on cross-regional programmes focused on performance and technical progress, working across civil engineering initiatives.

Based in any National Highways office, you will lead senior engineers and work with Project Managers to shape strategy, manage asset needs, budgets and governance, and foster innovation in design and delivery.
