Senior HR Lead – Post-Acquisition TUPE Integration (Temp)

Bain and Gray in London is seeking a senior HR Manager for a short-term post-acquisition integration project based in Farringdon. You will own the people aspects as around 40 employees move across UK businesses, guiding TUPE transfers, employee consultations and HR risk management.

The role requires hands-on HR leadership in a fast-paced, scale-up style environment, with the ability to drive actions from inception and work with minimal direction.
