HR Manager: Change & People Strategy (Hybrid + Bonus)

Screwfix is seeking an HR Manager to partner with senior leaders across our UK Head Office teams. You will drive organisational design, change projects and people initiatives to support commercial priorities.

Working with the Senior HRBP, you’ll coach managers, shape talent and succession planning, and lead continuous improvement across our people practices. This role offers hybrid working and a real opportunity to make an impact.
