Lead SLT Clinician: Specialist Speech & Language Therapy

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician – Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to head the in-house Clinical Team at Overton School. The role blends clinical leadership with a direct therapy caseload and requires collaboration with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

You will deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for students with complex needs, develop service improvements, and supervise a growing team within an education setting.
