Building Services Engineer Location: ChelseaSalary: £40,000 to £48,000Industry: Mechanical, HVACVan Provided.
An opportunity has opened for a Building Services Engineer to join an engineering company with sites based in West London. The ideal candidate will have extensive PPM and reactive maintenance experience within commercial buildings ideally. You will also have experience testing fire alarms and similar systems within buildings.
The role is mobile around West London but with minimal travel. You will sometimes work on the same site for the whole week or just a day at the same site.
Building Services Engineer Key Skills:Experienced PPM Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar within the building services industry.Experience working in plant rooms, HVAC systems including BMS, FCUs, AHUs etcRepairs and breakdown experienceBackground in fire alarm and emergency lighting testingSmall electrical and mechanical repairsFault finding and diagnostics experience
Building Services Engineer Responsibilities:Performing reactive and planned preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and plant roomsDiagnosing and resolving system faultsMaintaining clear communications with clientsHandling small lighting and minor mechanical repairsDocumentation and RAMSEmergency breakdown response
