Palliative Care Nurse Specialist — Home-Based Care

Katharine House Hospice in Stafford is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Specialist to deliver advanced community-based palliative care. You will manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, provide expert advice to families and professionals, and contribute to 7-day-a-week advice line operations in patients’ homes and care settings.

You will be an Independent Prescriber if qualified and lead on education and service development.
