Exemplar Health Care’s Birch View care home in Coventry is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team and oversee daily operations in a brand new home.
You will ensure medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met, maintain high standards, and drive continuous improvement within the team. NMC PIN is required, with at least three years post-registration and supervisory experience.
