Job Description:
Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist (Stroke) to join the Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team delivering specialist SLT in patients’ homes across Gloucestershire.
The role is permanent and part-time (22.5 hours per week). A full UK driving licence and own vehicle for business use are required to support community visits; you will work within a friendly multi-disciplinary team.
