Are you an experienced social work leader ready to make a lasting difference for children and families? We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Team Manager to lead our Child in Need, Child Protection and Family Help service, supporting high-quality practice and driving positive outcomes across Cheshire East.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of social workers and practitioners, providing strong management, oversight and professional support in a service that is focused on keeping children safe, strengthening families and helping children thrive. You’ll play a key role in embedding our Family Help approach, ensuring children receive the right support at the right time while promoting excellent practice and timely decision-making.
Working as part of our ambitious improvement journey, you’ll help shape service delivery, develop and support staff, champion relationship-based practice and ensure the voices of children and families remain at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with partner agencies and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and deliver meaningful change as we implement the national Families First reforms.
