Adult Mental Health Social Worker – Community Care

Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Health Social Worker to join an interdisciplinary team delivering holistic care across the primary to quaternary continuum. You will assess psychosocial needs, plan interventions, and collaborate with patients, families, and community partners to support well-being.

Applicants should have a BSW, active NS social work registration, and 2 years of post- BS W experience with adult mental health. Fluency in French is a plus.
