Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist – Patient-Centred Care

The Pharmacist Network is seeking an IP Clinical Pharmacist to work full time for our partner practice in Salford. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of general practice pharmacy services and contribute to high standards of patient care.

You will collaborate with the clinical team to provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients, follow safety guidelines, and support best practice within primary care and PCN settings.
