This is a rare opportunity to join us at a pivotal moment as we build and launch a new intercountry adoption service. We’re looking for a Social Worker who brings adoption experience, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn the specialist practice required for intercountry adoption. You’ll play an active role in shaping how this service grows, develops and delivers outstanding support to families.
You’ll be someone who leads with compassion, cultural humility and a deep commitment to relationship-based practice. Children’s identity, heritage and lifelong connections will be at the heart of your work, and you’ll champion trauma-informed, culturally competent support throughout every stage of the adoption journey.
We’re seeking a practitioner who values reflective practice, supervision and continuous professional development. Someone who is proactive, creative and excited by the chance to influence best practice, evaluate emerging needs and contribute to a service built on integrity, honesty and anti-discriminatory values.
