Engineering Talent Acquisition Strategist | Hybrid

Safran in the UK is seeking an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and R&D roles, building strong pipelines across UK sites, with a hybrid arrangement and one day per week on-site at Pitstone.

Work with engineering leaders, optimise recruitment processes, and ensure excellent candidate experience while maintaining Safran’s equal opportunity standards. This role focuses on attracting top engineering talent for 50 hires per year.
