People Analytics Data Analyst – Workforce Insights (Hybrid)

Cranfield University is seeking a Data Analyst – People to deliver workforce analytics, statutory reporting and strategic insights. You will analyse people-related data, identify trends and support workforce planning, organisational effectiveness and inclusion initiatives.

Working with People & Culture, Payroll and IT, you will ensure data quality and governance while developing reporting processes and dashboards to inform evidence-based decisions across the university.
