ABM UK is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer, configure and optimise Oracle Fusion HCM across modules to support data integrity and reporting for UK & Ireland. The role partners with HR and IT to ensure compliant, robust HR systems and accurate dashboards.
You will manage data quality, run OTBI reports, and guide users on system capabilities while supporting system upgrades and audits. A strong HRIS background and SQL/BI skills are essential.
