Membership Insights Analyst – Hybrid

Co-op is hiring a Membership Analyst to join the Advanced Insight & Analytics team in Manchester. You will turn complex membership and customer data into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions across the business and support our membership strategy.

You’ll work with stakeholders, use SQL and Excel to analyse data, tell compelling stories with findings, and contribute to cross-functional projects that improve member experiences. Hybrid role in Manchester.
