Hybrid Residential Conveyancing Lawyer: Lead Transactions

DJF Solicitors, based in Alfreton, seeks a qualified conveyancer to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion and post-completion with minimal supervision. You will build strong relationships with clients, agents and lenders, handle title investigations, searches, exchanges and post-completion duties, and supervise junior colleagues.

Experience of 5+ years, knowledge of CQS and UK Finance Handbook, and a proactive, target-driven approach are essential.
