Store General Manager: People, Hospitality & Growth

itsu is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its stores in the Greater London area. You will be accountable for driving people development, hospitality, quality and profitability, ensuring a welcoming customer experience while managing P&L and shop operations.

You will build a high-performing management team, develop clear rotas, and handle employee relations in line with policies, with a strong emphasis on improving customer satisfaction and team engagement.
