Planning Enforcement Officer – Hybrid/Remote Ready

North Devon Council is seeking a Planning Enforcement Officer who will handle a varied caseload, investigate alleged breaches of planning control and take appropriate action to resolve issues.

You will liaise with householders, developers and planning officers, maintain accurate records, and work as part of a team in a hybrid role with potential remote working. Interview date: 19/20 November 2026.
