Rail Civils Site Agent — PTS/SMSTS, Subcontractor Lead

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking an experienced Site Agent for a rail civils framework based in Kent with occasional London travel. Access to a car is preferred but not mandatory. The role requires rail civils expertise and qualifications such as PTS, SMSTS, COSS/TWC and CSCS.

The candidate will work with the project management team, manage subcontractors on site, and ensure safety and compliance through site readiness reviews and clear Work Package Plans.
