Are you a skilled Electrical Engineer looking for your next challenge in a high-performance environment? At CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, we’re seeking talented engineers to support and maintain critical infrastructure within a prestigious London site. Every day you’ll play a vital role in ensuring operational resilience, reliability, and uptime for complex electrical systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns within agreed SLA timeframes
- Maintaining and repairing critical electrical infrastructure including UPS, power distribution and cooling systems
- Diagnosing power quality issues and carrying out electrical testing and inspections
- Supporting upgrade projects, installations and planned maintenance activities
- Producing risk assessments, method statements and technical documentation
- Investigating incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Working closely with Facilities Management and Technical Services teams to ensure site reliability and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- City & Guilds 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing
- Previous experience in building services or commercial building maintenance
- Experience working within a critical environment, data centre or high-dependency facility is highly desirable
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
