Site Manager – Permanent Position

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in roofing and knowledge of solar PV installations to join a growing business on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage roofing projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines and workmanship.
• Work with teams delivering roofing and solar installation projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Site Manager role within roofing.
• Good knowledge and understanding of solar PV installations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of site health & safety and compliance.
• Ability to manage teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
