Interim Building Surveyor — Schools & Public Sector

Carrington West is seeking an Interim Building Surveyor to support Bedford’s Commercial Property & Schools portfolio on a 3-month contract. The role covers surveys, specifications, tendering, and project delivery across council properties and education buildings.

You should have strong Building Surveying experience in public sector property, with hands-on experience of surveys, cost estimates, and managing tender processes. Hybrid working in Bedford is available.
