CCS Cleaning seeks a driven Business Development Manager to grow its Midlands presence. This field-based/hybrid role covers Birmingham, Coventry, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and surrounds, with regular Midlands travel.
You will lead new-business sales, identify potential clients, build relationships with decision-makers and convert opportunities into profitable cleaning contracts, coordinating with Commercial and Operations for successful mobilisation.
