Senior Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Lead

Clayfields House Secure Unit in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire, is seeking an experienced social work leader to head safeguarding and quality assurance. You will drive safeguarding, quality improvement and regulatory compliance, working with senior leaders and external partners to safeguard children and improve care.

This permanent, full-time post is office-based and focuses on delivering trauma-informed, high-quality care for up to 20 young people aged 10–18.
