LJ Recruitment is assisting a UK security and safety business in East Midlands to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive contract wins across manned guarding, key holding and response. You will own end-to-end BD, win tenders, and grow a client portfolio across private and public sector clients.
The role is office-based with regular client visits, 37.5 hours per week, and a salary of £40,000–£50,000 plus bonus and a company car or car allowance.
