A leading UK property investment company is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 25–30 healthcare properties across the Midlands, East Anglia and Home Counties. This client‑side FM role offers autonomy with quarterly site visits, and a mix of home‑based and on‑site work.

You will manage hard and soft FM contractors, monitor compliance and budgets, and build strong relationships with occupiers and internal property teams.
