Regional Pub Growth Manager – South West

Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee a patch in the Southampton and Portsmouth area. You will manage around 37 pubs, build strong operator relationships, and own P&L to drive profitability.

The role is field-based with flexible diary planning and collaboration with Pub Operations, Estates, and Property teams to implement tailored commercial plans. Experience in retail or hospitality is helpful; a full UK driving licence is essential.
