Paid Media Manager — Lead Global Campaigns (Hybrid, Manchester)

The Growth Foundation is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own performance across search and social. Based in Manchester, you will lead a small in-house team and manage agency partners, planning campaigns and allocating budgets to scale what works as the business expands into new territories.

You will report results and recommendations to the senior team, drive growth across multiple markets, and collaborate with brand and content teams to target the right audiences with the right assets.
