Ecommerce Optimisation Manager – Immediate Start

We are recruiting for an experienced Ecommerce Optimisation Manager to join a fashion and lifestyle retailer based in Central London on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent opportunity.

This role would suit a commercially minded and analytical ecommerce professional who can hit the ground running, improve online performance and enhance the digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ecommerce optimisation strategies to improve website performance and conversion rates.
• Manage A/B testing and personalisation initiatives to enhance the online customer journey.
• Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimise onsite merchandising, product recommendations and promotional content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital improvements and support ecommerce trading objectives.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

About You:

• Previous experience in ecommerce optimisation, digital trading, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, personalisation and ecommerce analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics and website optimisation tools.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a commercially focused approach.
• Must be immediately available to start work and not currently serving a notice period.
