Integrated Neighbourhood Team Leader – Social Work

Manchester City Council is seeking a Team Manager to oversee a busy Integrated Neighbourhood Team in the South locality, co-located with health colleagues at Withington Hospital. You will manage Social Workers and Social Care Assessors, provide supervision, ensure HR processes, respond to complaints and approve budgets.

You will inspire practitioners, promote high-quality practice and work with health, housing and voluntary sector partners to improve outcomes for Manchester residents.
