Head Chef – Seasonal Local Produce, Weekends Off

Saputo Dairy UK seeks an ambitious Head Chef for our Visitor Centre in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. You will lead a hands-on kitchen, crafting menus that celebrate local produce and Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese while driving quality, cost controls and guest experience.

You will manage a talented team in a fast-paced environment, ensure HACCP and safety compliance, and work with management on budgets, events and promotions. Every other weekend off; no evenings.
