MJ Renewables is a growing MCS-certified renewable energy company specialising in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and Air Conditioning installations across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solar PV & Battery Electrical Installer to join our installation team. This is a high-level, hands-on position for an electrician with strong renewable-energy experience who can take ownership of the electrical side of an installation from installation through testing, commissioning and certification.
The successful candidate will work closely with our solar roofing installers, office and technical team to ensure complete installations are delivered safely, professionally, correctly and in line with the approved design, manufacturer requirements and relevant standards.
Essential requirements include
- relevant electrical qualifications and experience as a qualified electrician
- strong hands-on Solar PV and battery storage experience
- hybrid inverter commissioning experience
- a good working knowledge of BS 7671
- an understanding of G98/G99/G100 and DNO requirements
- a full UK driving licence
