Education & SEND Team Leader – Specialist

Warwickshire County Council seeks an Enhanced Team Leader (Specialist Qualified) to lead the Education & SEND Family Help Team. You will provide leadership, management oversight and quality assurance for a specialist team delivering targeted support to children, young people and families across Warwickshire.

The role involves countywide working, agile/ flexible approaches and deputising for the Service Manager when required. A strong background in children’s services and SEND is essential.
