Trauma‑Informed Housing Support Worker

Riverside Foundation is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Swindon. You will manage a regular caseload, provide 1-2-1 support to customers, and run group activities focused on maintaining homes and tenancies across two sites. The role involves multi-agency liaison, safeguarding, and promoting independent living.

The role requires experience with vulnerable people, structured support delivery, and a flexible, empathetic approach. Travel between sites and lone-working may be required.
