Hospital Kitchen: Food Production & Service Assistant

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) is seeking a dedicated catering and cleaning operative to support the Central Production Kitchen and related outlets. You will help produce meals, ensure food safety/HACCP compliance, and support patient dietary needs across campus sites.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Nottingham with a 37.5-hour week and a 12-week rota. Training in food hygiene and COSHH is provided, and NUH emphasises inclusive teamwork and career development.
