Move-On Housing Support Worker

DHI is recruiting a full-time Support Worker for our Bristol Move On Service in Kingswood, Bristol. The two-year placement helps residents leave Bristol’s Homeless Pathway by developing tenancy skills in their own flat.

You will deliver regular support sessions, create proactive plans with residents, and signpost to services while engaging in multi-agency collaboration. The role requires flexibility and safeguarding awareness to place resident wellbeing first.
