Public Health Outreach Nurse (0-19) – Family Support

HCRG Care Group in Surrey is seeking a Children’s Nursery Nurse to join the Orchard Centre Clinic team on a 30-hour per week contract. You will support Health Visitors and School Nurses in delivering the Healthy Child Programme, building strong relationships with families and partner agencies while promoting health and wellbeing.

The role includes induction, safeguarding training, regular supervision, and CPD opportunities through The Learning Enterprise, with flexible outreach across Surrey.
