Outreach & Recovery Practitioner – Rough Sleepers (SW London)

Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Rough Sleeper/Outreach Practitioner to work in the Surbiton area of South West London. The role focuses on supporting homeless individuals with substance misuse issues and helping them access treatment, within a multi-disciplinary team.

Contract is 3 months initially, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with potential extension. DBS and training are provided; a single consultant contact and ongoing support are included by Belmont Recruitment.
