Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor for Health4Work in Winchester and Basingstoke. The role is 30 hours per week on a maternity cover fixed-term basis, combining on-site presence with some home-working after induction.
The successful candidate will provide evidence-based OH services, manage multiple cases daily, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve staff health and wellbeing across Trust sites.
