Mental Health Nursing Associate – In-Reach on Isle of Wight

The Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered Nursing Associate to work within Mental Health Services on the Isle of Wight. You will undertake risk assessments, complete referrals, and deliver intensive in-reach support in collaboration with patients, carers and partner agencies to ensure safe and effective care.
