Job Description:
Care UK is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (8pm-8am) on a 3 on/3 off rolling rota. You will lead and supervise the shift, case manage residents, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered.
You will administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and work with the team to support residents to remain active and independent while upholding our caring values.
