Therapeutic Support Worker – Adults Mental Health

IBC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate, person‑centred support for an adult with mental health needs in Rotherham. The role follows a PBS framework to promote routines, independence, and community engagement, with focus on dignity, choice and long‑term wellbeing.
