Youth Residential Care Worker – Trauma-Informed (Worthing)

West Sussex County Council seeks a Residential Childcare Worker at Blue Cove in Worthing. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people on crisis or change, build trusting relationships and deescalate conflicts while supporting tailored activities and family contacts.

You will work a 37-hour week on a rota from 07:00 to 22:00, with every other weekend and approximately one sleep-in per week, receiving enhanced pay and a pension.
