Assistant Support Worker – Homelessness Services

Thames Reach Charity in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Support Worker for Martha Jones House to support people experiencing homelessness. You will help develop personalised support plans and ensure clients access health, substance misuse, criminal justice and life skills services.
