Deputy Manager, Children’s Residential Care — Lead & Care

Pharmacyupdate is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day leadership of a home for young people aged 8-17. The role is 40 hours per week and requires strong safeguarding and trauma-informed care.

You will lead Residential Support Workers, ensure high-quality care and accurate records, and work with social workers and families to support placements and progress.
